Multiple emails with customer service reps saying they are doing everything humanly possible to get me my refund, and multiple calls, saying they are making me priority and his/her supervisor is handling my refund personally, but still waiting for it. Every time they tell me it will be 7-10 days. This has been going on since December. It's now Mar 21, and I am still waiting for my refund.

Pitcher was broke when I received it, and the replacement pitcher was also broke, in the same place, the pour spout.

This has been a nightmare experience.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problems with payment of perfect aqua purifier clearly filtered water pitcher. Perfect Water Purifier needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
