Paid 9.95 dollars for shipping of pitcher then got billed 149.95 dollars autoshipped w/o any knowledge until I questioned the credit card statement. Then rep said why not keep it (3) filters and order later in November 2016 filters with a discount. I have not used the pitcher or filters because the water is testing lead and copper levels above where it isn't drinkable. I have called recently with voicemail and I want to know if there is a lawsuit yet with them because I want my money back and return the box to them. Should have depended on my Brita and it would have been cheaper!!!

Same with me. It has now been 11 months.

Had to pay for the shipping of the filters to go back, along with the pitcher. Still have not received my refund.

They said they had a freeze on refunds and I should receive it in 7 to 10 days. That was nine months ago.

Need a new filter for my Clearly Filtered Water Pitcher

I ordered this pitcher in May 2015, as the water where we moved to smelled horribly of chlorine. It has worked beautifully in daily use, no complaints.However I now need to replace the filter, and can't reach the company to order another.

Does anyone know how to reach them? I was very pleased with the product and the filter has lasted way longer than I thought it would.

What else can I say, this website wants 100 words and I have said all I need to say. I also ordered 2 individual water bottles to take camping, which I have not had the chance to use yet and would like to know that I can get replacement filters for them as well.

I returned my 3 pack shower heads and filters but never received any money. I called, I emailed, still nothing. Now what can I do? Their business practices are really bad. I have left many messages but now after looking up what other people think and have suffered from I am wondering about legal action. Its really bad business. They debited my bank on April 19, 2016. On May 9, I received an email saying they were on back order and would be shipping the following Wednesday. It is now August 9 and still no filters. I sent several emails to customer service. After that first initial reply that I received, they NEVER replied again. Now, when I call their phone numbers, there is a recorded message that says, "Your account is locked" over and over again. I am so very angry. I originally purchased 4 of their (very expensive) filter pitchers because of their claim that their filters would remove floride. But cannot get replacement filters now. Absolute waste of money!!!

I purchased the Perfect Water Purifier Pitcher with filter in December Two Thousand and Fifteen (2015). Part of the terms I agreed to was that I would receive via the mail a new or replacement filter in 6 months from 12/2015 and every 6-months thereafter for $40.00. I did not receive a replacement filter at the 6-month time frame as this company promised. When I called their customer service number an automated voice message came on stating my account is lost. What a rip off. what can customers do to be best be aware of rip-offs like this. This makes one very weary of purchasing goods on-line. Yes, I am a pissed customer.

I was charged for the filter on May 7, 2016 and never received it, I submitted a service ticket and it said they where working on it but now the company went out of business and haven't received a refund. I returned the bottle filters and never received credit for them, I figure it's a loss about $120. Has anyone figured out how to get refunded or have they been contacted by the company on their intentions on how to refund the charges they incurred? I wouldn't have a problem if I actually received the product but I consider it bad business to keep charging if you know you can't deliver. Why does this block require 100 words, it seems excessive.

Work with your credit card company for refund. I had the same problem (charged on May 1, 2016 for filters that were never shipped).

E-mailed several times with no response.

Finally called a couple of days ago (7/5) and got the dreaded "account is locked" automated message.
